Kelle runs several Moderated Master Mind groups.  The groups consist of 7-15 business owners of varying industries.  The purpose of the groups is to get:

• Contacts, tool, training and coaching from Kelle Sparta
• Ideas and support from other business owners
• Space to get out of tactical thinking once a month and work on the strategic (big picture) aspects of your business to make quantum leaps forward
• Interaction with others so that you don't feel like you're all alone in your endeavors

Safety and Confidentiality
Only one person per industry is allowed in each group, so you needn't worry about sharing trade secrets with your competitors.  The groups are all run with the understanding that what is said in the room stays confidential. We're all in this together.

Meeting Format
The groups will meet for an hour and a half for three weeks per month, two in person (location to be determined once group is formed based on location of members) and one via teleconference. Times of the meetings will be determined by a consensus of the group.

Meeting Topics
You will be asked to fill out a self-evaluation questionnaire when you sign up for the program. Based on the answers to those questions, you'll be placed with other participants who have similar issues or who have already overcome your challenges. Monthly topics will be custom-designed for each group to support the members in the best way possible.

Grow Yourself to Grow Your Business
One of the truths of the business world is: if you're not getting where you want to go, then you need to change your approach. The fact is that it is sometimes us who are the problem - not the cash flow or our employees or the economy - us. We get in the way of progress. So part of the programs that Kelle runs are the monthly optional breakthrough events. These events are optional not because they are only needed by some people - everyone can benefit from them. They are optional because sometimes you're going to be overdone from working so hard and you'll need a break. But if you're like most people, you're going to find that the majority of these events leave you feeling more energized than before.

Group Cost
$249.00/person/mo. for six months. It is a six month commitment so that the groups have continuity and so that there is time for things to get accomplished. At the end of the six month period, groups will be asked if they want to continue for another six months.

Optional Breakthrough Events
Most months, on the fourth week of the month, Kelle runs a breakthrough event. This event is open to all Mentoring groups as well as other business owners, corporations, and individuals. The breakthrough events are designed to help you grow personally (which will help your business grow in the long run). Plus, you get the added bonus of networking with other business owners from other groups as well. (More about breakthrough events.)

The First One Is Free
Because Kelle feels that it's important for you to attend the breakthrough events, your first one is free with your Mentoring Group membership. Once you experience it, you'll want to return over and over again to look at new aspects of yourself.

We also offer Journey In Transformation Weekends four times per year to take you even deeper into the process. These weekends give you the space to fully immerse yourself in your process so that you can get the best effect.
