Yes, Kelle acts as a life coach at times during the consulting process. But at no time is she interested in putting you through intense therapy. She's not looking to root out your inner demons. Most of today’s business coaches work from a program they learned while in coaching school. Their advice is guided by these stock programs. Kelle is different. The Initial Consultation

Your first conversation with Kelle will be an exploratory one. Kelle's goal in this session is to get a feel for who you are and what issues are facing you in this moment. She will want a complete picture, including your personal life, so that the solution she helps you craft will be the right one for you. Kelle calls this process “drawing the red ‘You Are Here’ dot at your feet on your personal roadmap to success”.

Getting a Plan in Place

Once the starting point is established then you will work together to craft the goal and then put that plan into action.
